OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLE It is now possible,
for the citizens and the professionals, (such as notaries and real-estate agents),
to have access to the assessment role of the municipality of Noyan, parrish St-Thomas,
county Missisquoi, via the internet. The information comes directly from the Municipality’s
computer server and is accessible 24 hours a day. While
clicking on one of the green buttons on the Internet site of the municipality
the assessment role will be available for consultation. This
is divided into two sections:

giving the information on the name of the building, the dimension of the ground,
the cadastre (land registry) and the evaluation. However, the amount of the annual
taxes and the coordinates of the owners are not available. | |
PROFESSIONNALS :

public data, this section allows real-estate agents, notaries, mortgage creditors
and other recognized professionals, by subscribing, to acquire additional information
according to their status. | The
Municipality of Noyan is very proud to offer this new service to its citizens.
Furthermore, those who do not have access to Internet have the possibility of
using one of the computers at the Noyan Municipal Library, during library hours. |
